‘Memoria – Old Student Connect Series’ Held at KIIT School of Computer Applications

‘Memoria’ – Batchwise Old Student Connect Series was conducted by School of Computer Applications, KIIT Deemed to be University on 25th September 2021 through online mode. Old students, belonging to the 1999-2002 batch, from India, Finland, UK, USA and many other countries joined the event. The objectives of ‘Memoria-Old Student Connect Series’ are to connect old students with their School and the current students; to make them aware about the happenings in and around KIIT campus; and to enable the current students to take their help and guidance in projects and placements. Welcoming the participants, Dr. Satya Ranjan Dash, Student Affairs Faculty-in-charge shared the importance and objective of ‘Memoria’. Dr. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar, KIIT-DU, Dr, Veena Goswami, Director, School of Computer Applications, Dr. G. B. Mund, Sr. Professor and other faculty members interacted with the students. A two-minute silence was observed to pay homage to Anamika, a batchmate who lost her life to Covid-19. Hara Prasad Sahoo, Pranab Kumar Bharimalla, Ramakant and Udayanath, Student batch coordinators helped conduct the event.
