KIIT International Student Society of KSAC Celebrates Halloween 2021

KIIT International Student Society of KSAC celebrated Halloween 2021 virtually. The event started with a spooky video. Ghostly Halloween videos from different countries, like Kenya, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Nepal, Bhutan and Uganda, were screened. The event also featured a virtual talent show by students from different countries – Sri Lankan traditional dances by Sugee, Suvee and Viduransi, a song by Sherif and Abdul Quadar from Afghanistan, an interesting short act by Shashikala from Sri Lanka and a song by Joyeta Mondal Kotha from Bangladesh.

Selection of Mr. & Miss Halloween, Halloween persona game, Creepy mask decoration, virtual haunted house tour, a Spine thriller murder mystery game were the most exciting events of the evening. The winners were announced by Suweni followed by words of Thanks by Ravindu and Dilushi. They thanked Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS and senior officials of KIIT. They also thanked Dr. Shyam Sundar Behura, Dy. Director, Student Services, Mr. Vikas Kumar Sabata, Jt. Director, International Relations, Mr. Sidharth Roy from KIIT International Office and Ms. Abantika Pattanayak for all the support. The event ended with a dance and a Halloween song. Suweni, Dilushi and Ravindu hosted the event.
