KIMS Paediatric Faculties Shine in State PEDICON-2022
The 42nd Annual Conference of IAP Odisha State Branch, the Odisha State Pedicon-2022” was held at Sanskruti Bhawan, Keonjhar recently. The theme of the conference was “Comprehensive childcare beyond any boundary”.
KIMS Paediatrics Department was shining in this mega conference and made a strong presence among the paediatricians from all over the state including medical colleges. The scientific deliberation made(e.g. Acute undifferentiated fever; Research methodology; approach to a child with Anaemia; Food Allergy – a Case based Discussion; Role of Non-Invasive Respiratory Support in Neonatal Care; All Chronic Arthritis are NOT JIA—Then What Else?; The Child Sexual Abuse – a Concern for All to Prevent, Paediatric Cardiac Emergencies…Walk the Talk, were interesting, thought provoking and useful for the Paediatric community.
As many as 270 paediatricians from all over Odisha and outside participated in the conference placing scientific deliberations while 13 faculties from Department of Paediatrics, KIMS delivered their talks in various sections of conferences and pre- conference workshops.
