Orientation Programme of KIIT Polytechnic
The Orientation programme for Senior students of KIIT Polytechnic(KP) was conducted on 9th August, 2019 at Auditorium, Campus-6. The programme was addressed by Dr. P. R. Tripathy, Principal, KP; Mr. S. S. Das, Administrative Officer, KP; Mr.L.M. Lenka, Asst. Prof & Chairman, Academic Committee, KP; S.K. Rout, Asst. Prof.( Physics) & OIC, Examinations, KP and A.K. Gochhayat, Faculty ( ETC) & FIC, Students’ Affairs
In his address Mr. L.M. Lenka explained the duties and responsibilities of the students for their academic improvement and advised the students to adopt the ethical practices in life to be a good human being.
Mr. S.K. Rout emphasized the importance of orientation programme and appraised the students about newly implemented examination systems and explained the procedures to avail all the online facilities being provided by State Council. He also clarified all the queries about the examinations system.
In his address, Mr. S.S Das, Administrative Officer, KP stressed upon the rules and regulations of the institution. He advised the senior students to practice the code of conduct for becoming disciplined students and explained how to deal with the freshers.
Mr. A.K. Gochhayat in his address narrated the three tier mentoring system to the students. He also informed the students about the role of senior student mentors.
At the end, Dr. P.R. Tripathy, Principal, KP wished all the students for their bright carrier. He advised the students to utilize all the resources available in KIIT for all round development in their life.
