KSRM Organizes a Talk on Higher Education Opportunities in the United States
KSRM organized a talk for the students of MBA(Rural Management) and MBA (Agribusiness Management) on 11th November 2022.
The speakers for the talk were Dr. Marissa Chandler, Director of Global Engagement from Austin Peay State University (APSU) based in Clarksville, Tennessee; Mr. Shiv Biradar, President, ALPESA Education Services; Ms. Rashmi Shetkar, Director Global Engagement, ALPESA Education Services; Mr. Sangameswar Biradar, Director- Marketing and Operations and Mr. Vishal Darandale, Vice President, ALPESA Education Services. In fact, Alpesa Educational Services has been started by KSRM alumni, Mr. Shiv Biradar, Mr. Sangameswar Biradar and Mr. Vishal Darandale.
Ms. Rashmi Shetkar explained about Alpesa Educational Services and the different advisory support provided in terms of preparation, documentation for a wide range of academic programs, personalized mentoring, career professional development, scholarships assistance and financial aid. Dr. Marissa Chandler elaborated about Austin Peay State University, courses offered especially at the Masters and Ph.D. level, process of application, opportunities of doing higher education in the US. To increase the diversity of the college, she hopes for more Indian students to join the university.
