KIIT School of Law inks MOU with Loyola Law School Loyola Marymount University
KIIT School of Law signed an MOU with Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University on 27th November, 2017. The dignitaries represented Loyola Law School were Prof. Paula Mitchell, Executive Director, Loyola Law School, Alarcon Advocacy Center and Legal Director for the Project for the Innocents and Prof. Adam Grant, Loyola Law School, Director, Project for the Innocents.
Prof. Sasmita Samanta, Registrar, KIIT University signed the MOU on behalf of KIIT University and Prof. P.C. Mishra, Dean, School of Law, signed on behalf of the Law School. The occasion was also graced by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, KIIT University. Following the ceremony, there was an interaction session with the dignitaries as well as faculties and students of Law School regarding the scope of MOU and possibilities of collaboration.
This MOU presents excellent opportunities of student and faculty exchanges with substantial amount of scholarship for the KIIT Law School students, apart from other collaborative research and publication opportunities.
Speaking at the occasion Prof. Mitchell expressed her excitement regarding the collaborative endeavors. Prof. Grant encouraged students to explore opportunities for exchange program, internships and LLM.
