KIIT Faculty Delivers Lecture at AICTE-ISTE Sponsored Refresher Program
Dr. Diptikanta Das, Associate Professor, KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering delivered a lecture on the topic, “Investigation on Reinforcement Incorporation Factor and Microstructure of Al 7075/Submicron-TiB2 Metal Matrix Composites Processed through a Modified Liquid Metallurgy Technique”.
The Lecture was conducted during AICTE-ISTE sponsored induction/refresher program on “Sustainable Product Design and Manufacturing (Phase III)” organized by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu & Kashmir on 24th May 2021.
The lecture emphasized a modified liquid metallurgy technique to synthesize submicron-TiB2 particulate reinforced Al 7075 matrix composites. The session was well appreciated by the participants.
