IIT Faculty Delivers Invited Talk at Online Symposium Series
Dr. Jibendu Sekhar Roy, Professor, School of Electronics Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University delivered an Invited talk at Online Symposium Series, organized by BML Munjal University, Gurgaon, Haryana on 10th April 2021. The topic of his talk was “High Altitude Platform (HAP) for Wireless Communication”. High Altitude Platform (HAP) is a low cost satellite based wireless communication service where the drawbacks of ordinary satellite communication are minimized. HAP communication is one of the new research issues in broadband wireless communication. The presentation was devoted to the Engineering aspects of HAP architecture, HAP networking protocols and other key technologies behind the broadband wireless communication using HAP.
