KIIT School of Electrical Engineering Organizes Lecture on “Energy Security and Environmental Wellness”
A guest lecture on “Energy Security and Environmental Wellness-India’s Lens” was organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and School of Civil Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University on 4th August 2022. In his lecture, Dr. Sanath Kumar Saha, Professor, Rani Rashmoni Green University, West Bengal presented the recent and future effects of climate change on the world and gave a clear picture on the natural calamities. He also demonstrated the real impact of pollution. A total of 89 participants attended the talk. Prof. Chinmoy Kumar Panigrahi, Director, QA Cell, KIIT-DU; Prof. Benu Gopal Mohapatra, Director, Consultancy Service; Prof. Byamakesh Nayak, Dean, School of Electrical Engineering; and Prof. Sanjib Moulick, Dean, School of Civil Engineering were present. Dr. Sarita Samal and Dr. Ranjeeta Patel, Coordinator, School Development Committee also spoke on the occasion.
