Speak and Search Lecture Series KIIT School of Computer Engineering Organizes Talk on Data Analytics
Dr. Manjusha Pandey, Associate Professor, KIIT School of Computer Engineering delivered a talk on “Intervention of Use of Data Analytics in Societal Applications” on 28th January 2021 via Virtual mode, under the “Speak and Search Lecture Series” of the KIIT School of Computer Engineering.
Dr. Pandey discussed various real time uses of data analytics and how it can be especially used for analysing and finding solutions to societal problems. She took an application example where the ‘SERVQUAL’ model has been used to analyse the data and identify the loopholes in the utilisation of government aid for newborn and lactating mothers.
The talk was followed by a question answer session. It was coordinated by Dr. Minakhi Rout, Assistant Professor, School of Computer Engineering and Ms. Junali Jasmine Jena, Assistant Professor, School of Computer Engineering.
