Lecture on ‘Adapting to the New Normal’ at KIIT School of Computer Engineering
Mr. Manoj Nair, Senior Client Partner, Capgemini (UK) delivered a lecture on “Adapting to the new normal – the future of work” on the 28th of August 2021. The talk was organized by the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University. His lecture enlightened and benefited Graduate and Master’s students, research scholars, and faculty members by giving them a high-level overview of how the culture at work is going to change post the pandemic. His session alerted students to rise to the occasion and learn new skills such that they can cope and prosper in the coming days of large-scale automation.
Mr. Nair has more than 25 years of work experience in this area. Apart from being a mechanical engineer, he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford – Said Business School. Prof. Jyotiprakash Mishra of the School of Computer Engineering was the host of this session.
