Students’ Webinar on Open Source by KIIT School of Computer Applications
The KIIT School of Computer Applications (KSCA) conducted yet another engaging webinar session on “Getting started with open source” under the umbrella Cipher Maestro Series on 3rd October, 2020, in the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Veena Goswami, Director, KSCA and all the other faculty members.
Although it was the first session organized by the students, there were a large number of participants from across KIIT as well as other universities. The speaker, Swapnil Biswas, a final year BCA student, enthralled the participants in his informative session on Open Source.
The webinar was completely organized by the Students Organizing Committee. It was facilitated by Prof. Sadhna Sudershana and Prof. Manas Mukul from the School of Computer Applications. The webinar ended with a question and answer session and a vote of thanks by Kashis Jawed from 2nd year BCA.
