KIIT School of Computer Applications Organizes Alumni Talk
KIIT School of Computer Applications organized their second alumni talk under the “Alumni Talk Series” on 28th August 2021. The talk was delivered by young entrepreneur & social activist Mr. Lingaraj Sethi, Founder Cyberdine Tech Innovation Lab.
At the outset, Prof Sadhana Sudershana, Faculty, School of Computer Applications introduced Mr. Sethi and facilitated the event. Mr Sethi enlightened the participants on the scope of Cybersecurity and Digital Forensic in the present era. He provided a clear idea on the emerging working sectors of the IT industry. The talk was followed by a question and answer session.
Mr. Lingaraj Sethi completed his Master Degree in Computer Application in 2010 from KIIT School of Computer Applications. “Priyadarshini Foundation and Charitable Trust”, a social service organization established by him, has earned laurels especially for his works in the fields of women empowerment, social issue and child labour. He received “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in the year 2017 by Odisha Startups and “Young Entrepreneur & Social Activist” award in the year 2013 by Heart Beats Forum.
Prof. V. Goswami, Director, School of Computer Applications, KIIT-DU also interacted with students and alumni. The vote of thanks was proposed by Prof. S. Dash, School of Computer Applications.
