Awareness Program on ‘Tika Utsav’ Organized By KINS NSS Unit
NSS wing of Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences (KIMS), KIIT-DU organized an Awareness Programme on “Tika Utsav” at the OPD of KIMS on 13th April 2021. The awareness program was conducted by NSS volunteers of B.Sc Nursing 4th year (Basanti Neogi, Bithika Acharya, Chanda Mandal, Poulami Jana & Samiksha Paria) and M.Sc. 1styear (Debasis Pradhan) of KINS under the mentorship of NSS Program Officers, Ms. Diani Sunita (Tutor, KINS) and Ms. Truptimayee Das (Tutor, KINS). The volunteers provided health education on “COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage of People Aged above 45 Years”. It was a great opportunity and pleasing experience for NSS volunteers to interact and educate people at the Hospital.
