KIIT Faculty Participates in PM’s Interaction with Economists
Prof. Keshab Das, Dean, School of Economics & Commerce, KIIT Deemed to be University participated in the Prime Minister’s Interaction with Economists on ‘Maintaining India’s Growth Momentum at a Time of Global Uncertainty’. The event was hosted by NITI Aayog, New Delhi, on 24th December, 2024 and Prof. Das was the sole invitee from Odisha.
Recently, as the Co-Convenor, Prof. Das coordinated the Panel on ‘Urban Policy and Governance – Who Plans? Knowledge Paradigms in Urban Planning and Policy Processes’, as part of the 5th India Public Policy Network Conference on ‘Policy Processes in the Global South, organised by the Ashank Desai Centre for Policy Studies, IIT Bombay, Mumbai. Also, he presented a paper on “MSMEs in India: A Policy Critique” at Prof. K.N. Raj Centennial Celebrations Conference organized by the Centre for Development Studies, Thiruvananthapuram.
