KSOM Knowledge Dialogues Series Webinar on ‘HR Transformation with Elements of Organization Design, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) and Talent Management’
KIIT School of Management (KSOM) organized a webinar on “HR Transformation with Elements of Organization Design, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) and Talent Management” under its Knowledge Dialogues Series on 3rd October, 2020.
The guest speaker Shri Debajyoti Mohanty, who has more than 15 years of experience across the breadth of HR Delivery and Talent Transformation, spoke on various aspects of the theme including fundamental concepts, impact of rewards in HR Transformation and impact of talent management. Forecasting the future landscape of HR, he explained how organizations, especially HR Professionals / Leaders and Business Leaders, can prepare for the changes.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Shri Mohanty has worked with Global and Indian majors like PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, ICICI Prudential and Petronet LNG (an ONGC group company). Currently, he is working with AP Moller Maersk Technology as General Manager and Global HRBP for Technology & Transformation. He has also led COE roles like Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organization Design / Re-structure, HR Analytics and Talent Acquisition in his previous work stints. Outside of work, he has interest in Indian and Greek / Roman Mythology and their impact on modern society.
Prof. S. K. Mohapatra, Director, KSOM also spoke on the occasion. More than 150 students from MBA and BBA attended the program which was highly interactive. Prof. Isa Mishra facilitated the session.
