KSOM Conducts MDP for AcesoCloud Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

KSOM conducted a MDP (Management Development Program) for a reputed software solutions company, ‘AcesoCloud Software Solutions Private Limited’. The MDP was based on the theme “iGrow – Journey towards Excellence”. It was an assessment centre run for the employees of the client company. 

AcesoCloud’s resource and patient management software harnesses electronic medical record (EMR) and operational data to make hospitals more efficient.

The MDP was conducted by Prof. Shradha Padhi from KSOM. Prof. Shradha has over 20 years of professional experience which includes over 17+ years in the field of Learning and Development. Her areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Customer Relations, Diversity Management, Team Building, Instructional Design, mentoring and coaching.

The session was inaugurated by Dr. Saroj Mohapatra, Director KSOM. Prof Sumita Mishra, Prof Isha Mishra and Prof Debi Prasad Das supported the sessions.
