Guest Talk on “MOSFET and Advanced Semiconductor Devices” at KIIT Polytechnic

Dr.Asutosh Nandi delivered a Guest Talk on aforementioned topic to the students of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Dr. Nandi is currently at NIT Kurukshetra. After serving Indian Navy for eight years, Dr. Nandi joined the academic career during 2008. Hehas a Ph D in Microprocessors and VLSI. He elaborated on the advantages of MOSFET over normal Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) along with it’s utilisation in power consumption and optimisation in Smartphones or Cellphones etc. Highly relevant to modern day technology, the talk was appreciated by all the participants. The one and half hour session was informative and interactive as well.
