Students of KIIT School of Yoga Excel in State-level Competition
The State-level Yogasana Competition was conducted by Yogasana Sports Association of Odisha (YSAO), affiliated to National Yogasana Sports Federation recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The students from KIIT School of Yoga and Naturopathy participated and brought accolades for the University. Ms. Mamata Bhue, a 1st year yoga student, bagged the second position in the final round and got selected for the National Competition. Similarly, among senior boys category, Mr. Basudev Mahapatra bagged 4th position to make the University proud. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS; Dr. Hurshikesh Mohanty, Vice Chancellor, KIIT; and Dr. Sasmita Samanta, Pro Vice Chancellor congratulated the students for their sincere effort in bringing recognition to the University.
