The Bhima Bhoi Research Chair, KISS-DU organized the Distinguished Invited Lecture Series-IV on 28th February 2024. Dr. Satyananda Swain was the Chief Speaker who talked on the theme “Stuti Chintamani”.
Vice Chancellor Professor Deepak Kumar Behera extended a hearty welcome to the guests and the audience while inaugurating the lecture series by lighting the lamp. Professor Harischandra Sahoo, Chair Professor of Bhima Bhoi Research Chair introduced the noted Bhima Bhoi Scholar, Dr. Satyananda Swain, the invited speaker of the day, who was given a warm felicitation. The booklet containing the previous lecture by Professor Pabitra Mohan Nayak was released.
In his deliberation, Dr. Swain explained the salient features of Mahima Dharma and the central theme of Bhima Bhoi’s Magnum Opus “Stuti Chintamani”. There was a vivacious discussion on the topic. The meeting was graced by Dr. Prashanta Kumar Routray, Registrar, KISS-DU, Research Chair Professors, Deans and Directors, Faculty Members, Research Scholars and Students of all disciplines.
