KINS Organizes Counselling Session for UG & PG Freshers
Student counselling is an important aspect of the academic process. It helps students in assertive decision making in their career and relationships. KIIT has been playing a pivotal role in steering positive growth among the students through its Students Counselling Cell headed by Dr. Sucheta Priyabadini.
She conducted a counseling session for UG & PG Freshers of 2021-22 batch of Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences (KINS) on 29th November 2021. Citing real life examples of students of KIIT, she explained how the Students Counselling Cell has been supporting the young minds of this University. She interacted with the students, clarified their doubts and welcomed them again to this prestigious University. Dr. Priyabadini emphasized on having a strong Tutor-Mentor relationship and ways to strengthen this bond to help in solving students’ problems. Prof. (Mrs.) Niyati Das, Principal, KINS also spoke on the occasion. A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Chandan Pradhan, Asst. Prof. KINS.
