World AIDS Day Observed at KIMS

The Department of Transfusion Medicine and Blood Centre, KIMS observed World AIDS Day by taking steps to raise awareness about AIDS to the Blood donors. The donors were counselled about the importance of Blood Donation to highlight the truism “safe blood starts with a safe donor”. In all, 19 blood units were collected and all the donors were felicitated with cards.
