KIMS Signs MoU with Institute of Life Sciences,Bhubaneswar for Collaborative Scientific Research
Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) and Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 22nd October 2021 for collaboration of research activities which will go a long way in uplifting health of the society, especially among people of Odisha & Eastern India.
KIMS, under KIIT Deemed to be University, an Institution of Eminence, is a 2500 bedded hospital providing tertiary healthcare to the people of eastern India. It has a medical college with MBBS, MD, DM, M.Ch & PhD. students who carry medical research as a part of their curriculum.
The Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar under the Dept. of Biotechnology, Govt. of India is committed to high quality, multi disciplinary research in the areas of human health, cancer, biology, infectious diseases, and autoimmune diseases. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure in genomics and proteomics research along with its distinguished scientists and PhD course.
