Utkal Divas Celebrated at KIIT & KISS
Utkal Divas has been celebrated by KIIT & KISS on 1st April, 2019. Heroes like the legendary Utkal Gaurav Madhusudan Das, Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das and Biju Patnaik had taken Odisha to new heights by virtue of their vision, dynamism and incredible mental strength. That’s why we evoke their noble deeds today for which Odisha and its people feel honored and proud. However, in the present perspective hardly any person is there who can emulate the feats of these icons of yesteryears- opined guests of the occasion.
Addressing the staff members and students of KIIT Group of Institutions, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS said “today Odisha has become the most happening state from non-happening state. People of Odisha everywhere in the world feel proud being an Odia. Among the other dignitaries, Shri R. N. Dash, Secretary, KIIT & KISS; Dr. P. K. Routray, CEO, KISS; Shri Surjyakant Mohanty, COO, KISS and Dr. P. K. Dash, Director, Livelihood, KISS were present and spoke on the occasion.
