RDI Cell Hosts Insightful Lecture on AI, Culture, and Complex Organizational Systems

KIIT Deemed to be University (KIIT-DU) continues to promote global research excellence through lectures and academic engagements. On 22nd April 2026, the RDI Cell hosted Prof. Shivraj Kanungo, Vice Dean at the School of Business, Washington, D.C., to deliver his talk at Diamond Klub, KIIT Central Library. Prof. Kanungo delivered an insightful lecture titled “Behavior, Culture, and Intelligence: A Multi-Method, Cross-National Research Agenda for AI in Complex Organizational Systems.” Prof. Gopal C. Kundu, Director, RDI, KIIT-DU, introduced Prof. Kanungo. His talk focused on key aspects of artificial intelligence, including emerging techniques and ethical considerations.


The session attracted over 50 researchers, who benefited from expert perspectives from academia. After Prof. Kanungo’s talk, Prof. Kundu covered the use of digital research tools, maintaining research integrity, and strategies for achieving high-impact publications. Dr. Amlana Panda, Assistant Registrar, RDI, was also present during the talk and discussion. The event was successfully organized and led by the RDI Cell, reaffirming KIIT-DU’s commitment to fostering a strong research culture and global academic collaboration.
