Prof. H. P. Sinha Joins KIIT

Prof .H.P Sinha graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering from B.I.T.Sindri in 1965 and obtained M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Roorkee, Roorkee in 1974. He was awarded Ph.D Degree in 1986. He has teaching experience of more than 35 years including 16 years as professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering and five years of teaching experience at University of Nigeria, NSUKKA Nigeria during 1978-83 and two years at University of Salahaddin, Arbil, Iraq during 1988-9-. He worked as Executive Secretary and Programme Director of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi from April 2000-March 2005. In his tenure, ISTE reached peak of its glory with 200% increase in its corpus found and matching increase in membership along with propagation of aims and objectives of ISTE on global basis. His main concern has been personality development of students and career development of faculty members of technical education in order to facilitate growth of quality technical education in our country.
