Minati Cycling Velodrome, KIIT & KISS to be Inaugurated Today

The first ever concrete Velodrome in India(250 m), namely Minati Cycling Velodrome, KIIT & KISS is going to be inaugurated today by Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Hon’ble Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, Labour & Employment, Govt. of  India at 4 PM.

In fact, this Velodrome is named in the honour of Ms. Minati Mohapatra, the first Arjun Awardee from Odisha in cycling.
