The strength of synergy, diplomacy and hard work was aptly reflected by the members of the KIIT delegation that participated in the Institute of Engineering and Management Model United Nations (MUN) 2020, held on 10th & 11th October 2020 in Kolkata.
Two members of the delegation featured in the list of 6 overall Award winners of the entire MUN. KIIT School of Civil Engineering student, Temesgen Belte (UNGA DISEC Committee) won the ‘High Commendation’ award, while KIIT School of Mass Communication student, Sargam Saxena (WHA Committee) bagged the ‘Special Mention’ award. Adding another feather to its cap, the delegation has raised the bar for the future.
The KIIT MUN Society and KIIT Student Activity Centre are extremely proud of their performance. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS; Dr. Shyam Sundar Behura, Dy. Director SS, KIIT and other senior functionaries have congratulated the team for its achievement.
