Mega Digital ‘HR Konclave’ – Day 2

The Day-2 of the Mega Digital ‘HR Konclave’, organized by KIIT School of Management, witnessed 92 workshops conducted across nine schoolsof KIIT Deemed to be University. Corporate guests from across the country interacted with KIIT students over digital platforms.

The sessions were engaging and enriching with lots of discussion between the guests and the students. There was a faculty coordinator for each workshop for respective schools who moderated the session. Positive feedback on enthusiasm and dynamism of KIIT students were received from the industry leaders who were part of the workshop.

Some of the workshop themes were: ‘HR in Workplace: Past, Present and Future’, ‘Succession Planning: Developing Talent from Within’, ‘Millennial Workforce: Glimpse of the Future’, ‘Path to The Next Normal: Human Resources Adjustments in The Time of COVID-19’, Becoming Industry-ready – Preparing for Placements & Competency Development for better Employability’ and ‘Entrepreneurship in the Legal Profession’. The corporate dignitaries were from diverse industries and segments.
