KIIT-TBI in collaboration with Startup India and Startup Odisha organized STARTUP INDIA YATRA-Odisha

KIIT-Technology Business Incubator(KIIT-TBI), in collaboration with Startup India and Startup Odisha organized the STARTUP INDIA YATRA-Odisha to scout the hidden talents and spread awareness about the startup ecosystem in the State of Odisha.

The Pre-Event Launch (Train The Trainer) was organized at the Conference Hall, KIIT-TBI, Campus-11 on 18th January, 2018, where around 50 Senior Professors, Mentors and Students from all over Odisha attended the program. The program was initiated by the Chief Guest Shri L N Gupta, I.A.S, Additional Chief Secretary, MSME Department, Government of Odisha with the objective and overviews of Startup Yatra.

While Dr. Mrutyunjay Suar, CEO, KIIT-TBI placed some inspiring outlines on Incubators and Incubation ecosystem, Ms. Sanjukta Badhai-Manager Incubation, Ms. Nivedita Jena-Manager Bio-incubator and Mr. G Srinivas-Head INVENT explained the facilities and opportunities of the different verticals of KIIT-TBI.

 

Er. Smaran R. Satpathy, Program Manager-Innovation with Ms. Jasleen Lamba and Mr. Manisha Roy, delegates from Startup India clarified the objective, schedule and detailed agenda on the Van campaign and Boot-camps to coordinate properly the Startup India Yatra-Odisha. At the end of the session, all the participants were accompanied for a visit to KIIT-TBI incubation facilities.
