KIIT Students Selected in Samsung Global CSR Program

Beating stiff competition from 18000+ teams across India, three students from KIIT Deemed to be University have advanced to the next round of the Samsung Global CSR program. KIIT Team, consisting of Malayaj Kumar Anshu (B.Tech.-Electrical), Diksha Pranjali and Nyaasha Patwari (both B.Tech.-CSE), is among only 50 teams selected for the next round which will be held in IIT Delhi from 15th to 18th September 2022. They have also become eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 1,00,000 each.

Having its presence in 30 countries, ‘Solve for Tomorrow’ is Samsung’s Global CSR program that seeks to challenge innovators to dream, develop and build real real-world solutions to drive positive social change. This is the very first edition of ‘Solve for Tomorrow’ in India. The competition, a joint program by Samsung India and FITT-IIT Delhi, is designed to bring ideas to life, be it a product or a service that can help tackle real-world issues and solve the problem within the domains of Education, Environment, Healthcare and Agriculture.
