KIIT School of Humanities Organized an Conference on Incorporating Folklore Studies in Management Practices

The School of Humanities, KIIT Deemed to be University organized an International Conference on Incorporating Folklore Studies in Management Practices on 26th and 27th December, 2017.

Participants from all over the country and abroad had attended the conference. About 110 delegates presented their papers in the conference who came from JNU, IISM Dhanbad, IIT Kharagpur and AMU etc. Venerable Sim Sam, Head Monk, South Korea talked of the difference in culture between the two countries.

While the Keynote Speaker of the conference was Prof. Priyadarshi Patnaik, Head, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur, the invited speakers were Prof. Himanshu S. Mohapatra, Department of English, Utkal University Bhubaneswar; Prof. Banibrata Mahanta, IIT BHU and Prof. Asim Ranjan Parhi, Head, Department of English, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.

The conference concluded with Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Deepanjali Mishra, the Conference Director of Incorporating Folklore Studies in Management Practices of School of Humanities, KIIT Deemed to be University.
