KIIT Polytechnic organizes Fresher’s Welcome Function “AAROHAN – 2019”
The Freshers Welcome Function “AAROHAN – 2019” of KIIT Polytechnic was held on 22nd September, 2019 at O.A.T – 1, Campus –3.
The inaugural function was graced by Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder KIIT & KISS; Shri R.N. Das, Secretary, KIIT & KISS; Prof. (Dr.) Sasmita Samanta, Pro – Vice Chancellor, KIIT-DU; Dr. P.R.Tripathy, Principal, K.P; Mr. S.K.Rout, Vice Principal, K.P and Mr. L.M. Lenka, Students’ Welfare Coordinator, K.P.
At the outset, Mr. L.M. Lenka welcomed all the guests and cherished the enthusiasm and hard work of the students for organizing the function.
Prof. (Dr.) Sasmita Samanta appraised the students about the journey of KIIT from Excellence to Eminence and advised the staff and students to take the responsibilities to uphold the eminence of the organization. Shri. R.N.Das congratulated the Freshers and advised them to get success in their life through hard work and dedication.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta addressed the gathering and expressed his happiness for the Silver Jubilee of KIIT Polytechnic. He expressed his pleasure on the success of students of polytechnic in the toppers’ list of State Council. He also declared about the modernization of the polytechnic in upcoming days.
Mr. S.K. Rout, Vice Principal, K.P extended the vote of thanks to all the esteemed guests for their gracious presence and motivational speech. The welcome function was witnessed by the students, staff members and other invitees. The inaugural function was followed by various cultural activities performed by the senior students.
