KIIT & KISS Felicitate Sanyasa

KIIT and KISS felicitated Sanyasa Behera, Visually impaired (blind), who has recently cleared Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) Examinations and topped among visually impaired candidates. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT and KISS felicitated Sanyasa in a function held at KISS on Sunday. On this occasion Dr. Samanta said Sanyasa is a role model for differently-able people. Anybody can fulfill his/her dream by strong determination and will power, he said. In his reaction Sanyasa said, there should be participation of visually impaired persons in policy making decisions. For that, participation in governance is necessary. I fought for that since last 6 years. Finally I got success in my goal. KIIT and KISS have always provide all types of help to poor and needy students, he also said. Sanyasa requested KIIT authority to take all responsibility of his daughter to study in KIIT Law school. KIIT authority has accepted his request and took decision to give admission to Sanyasa’s daughter in KIIT Law school free of cost after completion of her +2 classes. Among others Prof. P.P. Mathur, VC, KIIT University; Dr. Sasmitarani Samanta, Registrar, KIIT University, many officials and students of KIIT and KISS were also present.
