KIIT ITI Celebrates Welcome Function“KALIKAZ-2019”
The 28th Welcome Function (KALIKAZ 2019) was celebrated on 16th December, 2019. The Inaugural session was graced by the Honorable Founder of KIIT & KISS, Prof. Achyuta Samanta; Secretary KIIT & KISS Shri. R. N. Dash; Pro-VC, KIIT-DU, Prof. Sasmita Samanta; Director Estate & Establishment Sri P. K. Sahoo & Registrar, KIIT-DU Prof. J.R. Mohanty.
At the outset, Principal of KIIT ITI Dr. Gangadhar Mishra offered the welcome address. In his address, Dr. Mishra deliberated the growth of KIIT from 1992 till date under the able guidance of Hon’ble Founder. The Registrar of KIIT-DU explained the students about the affable academic ambience of KIIT Group of Institutions. He suggested for making best use of all the facilities provided by KIIT to be a distinct skilled person in the entire country.
In her address, Pro-VC encouraged the trainees to learn the skills as per the present market requirement and be skilled with the advanced world class technology available in KIIT. The Director E & E, shared his experience about KIIT from a 2 room rented building to the state-of-the-art infrastructure as on date. The Secretary of KIIT & KISS encouraged the trainees to perform well in all sectors and wished them the best of luck for the upcoming world skill competition.
In his presidential address, Hon’ble Founder expressed his heartily attachment with the KIIT-ITI as the foundation stone of KIIT Group of Institutions. Further he appreciated the arrangements done by the 2nd year students.
Finally, the meeting was concluded by offering Vote of Thanks to all the esteemed dignitaries by Sujan Tudu, trainee 2nd year, KIIT-ITI.
