KIIT International Relations Office Organizes Webinar on “Exploring Ph.D. Opportunities in French Universities”
KIIT International Relations Office, in association with the Consulate General of France, Kolkata and Campus France organized a webinar on “Exploring Ph.D. Opportunities in French Universities” on 6th October, 2020 for prospective KIIT students who aspire to pursue their doctoral research abroad.
Mr. Amitava Das, Academic and Scientific Cooperation In-charge and Mr. Sourav Bhowmik, Manager, Campus France discussed about the French Higher Education System, opportunities available in various public and private universities, choosing the right school, application procedure, scholarships and research funding avenues.
Ms. Solveig Oberseither, Linguistics Attachée highlighted the importance of French language and culture. The participants showed great enthusiasm and involved actively in the discussion in getting their queries answered. The webinar concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Pragyan Patnaik, Deputy Director, International Relations.
