KIIT International Model United Nations 2018
KIIT International Model United Nations 2018 is being organized at KIIT Deemed to be University from 28th – 30th September 2018. Around 1500 delegates from various states and countries have participated in this 3-day event. This year 20 committees have been formed to discuss on various International and National issues. 10 International and 45 National Executive Board Members have been invited to carry the proceedings.
The Opening Ceremony was held on 28th September, 2018 at KIIT in the presence of Hari Om Dahiya, Regional Youth Coordinator, Royal Commonwealth Society, London and President, Commonwealth Group of India; Asmita Basu, Director of Programmes, Amnesty International India and a CEDAW Expert for UN Women; Anubhav Somra, Founder, Australasian Networking Undertaking (Australia & India); Prof. Hrushikesha Mohanty, Vice Chancellor, KIIT Deemed to be University and Dr. Shyam Sundar Behura, Dy. Director, Student Services, KIIT Deemed to be University.
KIIT International MUN has invited Mr. Rahul Subramanian for the Social Night on 29th September, 2018. He is a renowned face in the stand-up circuit.
