KIIT DU Organizes University Orientation Programme for 2021 Admitted Batch Students
KIIT Deemed to be University organized University Orientation Programme for 2021 admitted batch students from 5th to 7th March, 2022 amid overwhelming response. On all the three days, Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS encouraged the students with his inspiring words. Prof. Sasmita Samanta, VC, KIIT-DU and Prof. Saranjit Singh, Pro-VC enlightened the students with their theme based deliberations. Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar, KIIT-DU and Prof. Samaresh Mishra, Director, Student Affairs also addressed the students.
Four students – Sagar Singh (B.Tech-IT), Arsalan Siddique (B.Tech-CSE), Chandramouli Maji (B.Tech-CSE) and Prerana Patra (MBA) – were awarded cash prize of Rs. 5000 and Certificate of Appreciation at the Orientation Programme for their remarkable awareness about the University.
The 2021 Batch admitted students belonging to all streams reported to the University during 25th – 27th February 2022, while the International Students admitted into different courses in the year 2021 reported on 1st March 2022. They also got an opportunity to interact with two amazing Human Robots ‘ASHA’ & ‘AMAR’, developed by KIIT-DU, and were fascinated by their capabilities.
