Academic Career Opportunity Interaction by Maitri Global Education at KIIT

An Academic Career Opportunity Interaction session was conducted by Maitri Global Education, a leading global education consultancy based out of Florence, Italy, with students and staff of the Schools of Fashion Technology, Film & Media Sciences, and Mass Communication, KIIT-DU on 24th November 2022.

Speaking at the session, Mr. Devraj Pradhan, Former Diplomat and DG, International Relations, KIIT traced the influence of fashion and trends since the olden days. He talked about the scope and opportunity KIIT is providing the students for a better career and future. Prof. Bauri Raula, Course Coordinator, School of Fashion Technology enlightened students on the importance of portfolio development, fashion marketing and branding. He suggested students seek career options in collaboration with Maitri Global Education.

Mr. Abraham Chorikpara Mani and Mr. George Syriac, Co-Founders, Maitri Global Education introduced the organization. It was registered in 2009 to promote the exchange between cultures, specifically focusing on international education, they said, informing that its core purpose is to be a bridge between cultures, extending high-quality education and services reachable to every aspiring student, they added. MGE is dedicated to finding institutions where talented students are given the opportunity to be trained under experts, making the international experience a reality, they added.
