KIIT DU Hosts the Think20 (T20) Side Event “India’s Leadership of G20 and Global Priorities”

KIIT Deemed to be University hosted the Think20 (T20) Side Event: “India’s Leadership of G20 and Global Priorities” wherein Ambassador Sujan R Chinoy (T20 Chair of India’s G20 Presidency & DG, MP-IDSA, New Delhi – Leader) graced as a Keynote speaker delivering a special lecture on “Reformed Multilateralism and India’s Outlook during its G20 Presidency on 4th May 2023. 

Ambassador Sujan R Chinoy Director General (MP-IDSA) visited Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) & Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS). He lauded the fact that KISS is committed to an ideal of holistic and sustainable education along with being the largest residential tribal university in the world. Along with him, Ms. Anandita Bhada, Research Analyst, MP-IDSA, spoke on Task Force 4: “Refuelling Growth : Clean Energy and Green Transitions”.

Ambassador Debraj Pradhan, Director General, International Relations Office (IRO) placed the welcome address and felicitated the guests.

Ms Runita Pradhan, Research Scholar, KISS-DU presented on Task Force 6: Accelerating SDGs: Exploring New Pathways to the 2030 Agenda.

Mr Doughlas Mayiani Nailudie, International Student from Kenya pursuing BA Psychology at KIIT School of Social Sciences presented on Task Force 3LiFE, Resilience and Values for Wellbeing.

Mr. Vedant Ratha, KIIT School of Law spoke on Task Force 2: Our Common Digital Future: Affordable, Accessible and Inclusive Digital Public Infrastructure.

Mr. Yasser Perwaiz, KIIT School of Law presented on Task Force 5: Purpose & amp; Performance: Reassessing the Global Financial Order.

The T-20 Event was organized & coordinated by KIIT International Relations Office in association with KIIT Law School, KIIT School of Management and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences.
