KIIT School of Law Organizes Special Lecture on ‘Corporate Insolvency Law’ 

In an endeavor to connect alumni with their alma-mater, KIIT School Law organized a special lecture on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, delivered by Mr. Kunal Godhwani, an alumnus of the 2010-2015 Batch, on virtual mode on 24th April 2021.

Mr. Godhwani highlighted nuances of the corporate insolvency resolution process, strategies to be considered when the resolution plan is invited by the resolution professional, and how the committee of creditors plays a vital role in the revival of a financially distressed corporate debtor. 

Mr. Kunal Godhwani has vast experience in corporate insolvency practices. He is also skilled in the practice of arbitration law and civil laws. He is currently a Principal Associate at the Law Office of A. Anand. Prior to this, he was a Senior Associate at Dhir and Dhir Associates. Students of Business Law Honours at School of Law attended the lecture.

The lecture was insightful and of much practical relevance. It was coordinated by Dr. Shakti Deb, Assistant Professor, School of Law.
