KIIT School of Management (KSOM) conducted ‘KONFABULATE’ (Knowledge Dialogue Series) on the topic “Regaining Customer Loyalty – Rejig in the Post Pandemic Era” on 4th June 2022. Speaking on the subject, Shri Suvasis Ghosh, an international business management professional and strategic management consultant, lucidly explained about the paradigm shift in consumer behaviors. The pandemic has forced most brands to customize their business models and the customer sentiment has changed visibly towards digital technologies, he elaborated.
Shri Ghosh has 18 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, sales, procurement, with leading MNCs in CPG, retail, food and agriculture industry. His experience includes strategic advisory roles, providing advisory services to Private and Public Clients on CPG, retail, food & agri projects/initiatives varying from business plan formulation, partner search, organizational restructuring, policy planning and advocacy, financial advisory, etc.
More than 60 students and faculty members were part of the interactive session. Rishika Singh, BBA III student co-ordinated the program and Oishi Sahoo, BBA I student anchored the session.
