The Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) Deemed to be University and The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), Kolkata signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 19th September 2022 to initiate joint academic and research work on areas of exclusion and deprivations.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Ajay Pathak, Director, IBS stated that KISS-DU is one of the most significant institutions and expressed his happiness over the collaboration. Several activities, events, and courses for the students as well as training programs for the teachers will be initiated under the agreement, he assured. Highlighting the common goals of KISS-DU and ICFAI, Prof. Deepak Kumar Behera, Vice Chancellor, KISS-DU said that both the institutions are visionary and change agents for society.
Among others, the signing ceremony was graced by Mr. Abhishek Kundu, Deputy General Manager, IBS; Mr. Ashutosh Tripathy, Associate General Manager, ICFAI; and Dr. Snigdharani Panda, Dean, School of Tribal Resource Management, KISS-DU. It was coordinated by Dr. Sudipta Kishor Nanda. Dr. Binita Nanda, Assistant Professor in Commerce proposed the vote of thanks.
