KIIT Deemed to be University (KIIT-DU) and IKF Finance Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the headquarters of IKF Finance in Hyderabad, marking a significant step towards strengthening industry–academia collaboration through a focused and execution-driven partnership.
The MoU was signed in the presence of senior leadership from IKF Finance, including Mr. Deblin Chakravarty, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Raman C, Head – Human Resources, whose encouragement and support provided strong momentum to the collaboration.
Prof. Sarbeswar Mohanty, Director – Industry Engagement, KIIT-DU, represented the university and outlined the shared vision for translating academic knowledge into industry-relevant outcomes.
The collaboration seeks to bridge academia and industry by jointly developing industry-aligned learning initiatives, student engagement programmes, and platforms for practical exposure and knowledge exchange.
A key highlight of the MoU is its clear, time-bound execution framework, which comes into effect immediately. This ensures that initiatives move swiftly from planning to implementation, reinforcing both institutions’ commitment to outcome-oriented collaboration. The partnership is expected to serve as a strong example of action-driven and sustainable industry–academia engagement.
