The 10th episode of KIIT Alumni LIVE Series hosted alumnus Mr. Amit Raj, a television and OTT Actor, LIVE on KIIT Facebook Page on 6th February 2022. Dr. Shyam Sundar Behura, Dy. Director-Student Services, KIIT introduced the guest. In the interview, Mr. Raj spoke on acting as a career in these streaming times and his new venture as Associate Director in a Production House. Mr. Amit Raj, a 2016 alumnus, got placed in Byjus where he worked for one year. Later, he realized it was not his cup of tea and moved towards his passion and took up acting as a career. As a student in KIIT, he was the Coordinator of Kalakaar, the Dramatic Society and had received more than 70 inter college awards in dramatics, including IIT and NIT. In 2017, he moved to Mumbai and did 80 TV shows like lead villain in Savdhan India, Ishq Shubhan Allah and was part of Paatal Lok web series at Amazon prime. Currently, he is working as Associate Director in a Production House. He thanked the Founder, KIIT & KISS for providing students a unique platform to study as well as groom their talents.
