Investing in nature is the best thing one can do for the future generations. The KIIT Animal and Environmental Welfare Society (KAEWS), functioning at KIIT Student Activity Centre (KSAC), organized a Plantation Drive on World Earth Day, the 22nd of April 2022, at Andharua, Bhubaneswar. This was a noble gesture to fight the challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss and environmental pollution and also supports the “Go Green” initiative of Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS. All arrangements were done for the proper nurturing of the saplings which were provided by the Horticulture Department of KIIT.
