KIDS Webcon – Oral Medicine & Radiology National Conference – was organized by the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, KIDS in association with the Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology (IAOMR) and IDA Temple City Branch on 24th and 25th September 2021. The program covered most of the areas of research and recent advancements in the field. Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi, Asst Director (Admin), KIDS, Dr. Aswini Kumar Kar, Principal and Dr. Sangamesh N.C., Vice Principal inaugurated the event. The welcome address was delivered by Secretary IAOMR, Dr. Shalu Rai and President IAOMR, Dr. Ravikiran A.
The event had 13 eminent speakers from India and abroad – Dr. N Gnanasundaram, Dr. Shalu Rai, Dr. Ravikiran A, Dr. Frenny Karjodkar, Dr. Mohit Pal Singh, Dr. Ramesh Balasubramanian, Dr. Ajay Parihar, Dr. Srinivas Kandula, Dr. Medha Babshat, Dr. Prashant Nahar, Dr. Guru EN, Dr. Adit Srivastav & Dr. Sudhir Dhol. Over 300 scientific papers and posters were presented at the conference, which was attended by more than 600 participants.
