Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences (KIDS) Faculty Members, Prof. (Dr.) Md. Jalaluddin and Dr. Dhirendra Kumar Singh were conferred with National Awards for their outstanding achievements in the field of academics as well as clinical periodontology and oral implantology by Indian Dental Excellence Awards (IDEA) in the presence of Dr. Subhash Bhamre, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (L.S.); Dr. Sagar Doifode, IAS, CEO, State Health Agency, Jammu and Kashmir; Dr. Sharad Kapoor, Executive Committee Member – Dental Council of India, Delhi & Working Chairman of National Oral Health Programme Vision 2032; Dr. Arun Dodamani, Member – Dental Council of India, Delhi & Principal – ACPM Dental College, Dhule; Dr. Sheeja Varghese, Dean – Saveetha Dental College, Chennai; and Dr. D. Gopalakrishnan, Dean – DY Patil Dental College, Pune.
The award ceremony was held on a virtual platform. Faculty members of KIDS along with Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi, Asst. Director (Admin.) congratulated Dr. Jalal and Dr. Singh for this outstanding achievement and wished them best for their future endeavors.
