Union Minister for State, Home Affairs, Shri Nityanand Rai visited KIIT & KISS on 14th July. He visited all the campuses of KIIT and all the units of KISS. On the occasion addressing the students of KISS he said, I felt proud to come to a holy place like KISS. We all know there is four Dhams in India. It is told that, where there girls live, that place is called as a Dham.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS is the Vishwakarma of modern age. We may make many products in a factory, we may make MLA, MP but, building the future of a child is a big austerity. Dr. Samanta has materialized this austerity here in KISS. Dr. Samanta made it possible in KISS by making future of the poor tribal children. As a saint he has dedicated his entire life for you. Like Dr. Samanta you should dedicate yourselves for the upliftment of poor people. Dr. Samanta has fulfilled the dreams of our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who dreamt for a prosperous India, added the Minister.
He also said that the child is the father of the man. We have to learn many things from our children. I learnt many things from you. You should always remember that, in your future wherever you go, you should not forget KISS and KIIT, Dr. Samanta, your family, your parents and social service. You can make yourself happy by helping others. Advising the girl students, he said, you are Jhansi Rani Laxmi Bai, Goddess Laxmi and you should be courageous, sentimental to others and of helping nature. Social service should be Mantra of your life and you should always remember your culture & tradition.
