A two day Training Programme on Soft Skills and Life Skills for teaching staff of KISS Deemed to be University is being organised on 25th and 26thof April, 2019 at the Library Hall, KISS DU(KISS-3). Around 70 faculties have participated in the Training Programme which was coordinated by Dr. Chinmay Kumar Das, Director(Administration), O/o The Founder.
At the outset, the Programme was inaugurated by the Principal, KISS College, Dr. Sujata Acharya. Dr. Acharya spoke about the importance of Soft Skills in professional and personal life. The session was taken by Dr. Isa Mishra, Associate Professor, KSOM who elaborated on communication skills and etiquette.
Dr. Mishra stressed upon student teacher interaction and communication for effective transfer of knowledge. The session was followed by questions and answers round, where many faculties raised their queries and got themselves clarified by the resource persons.
The second day of the Training Programme will cover topics like Discipline, Time Management and Stress Management.
